How do we achieve this?
We use specially designed, in-house analysis software to run call-by-call compliance checks on large bills (those containing multiple accounts) to ensure that your carrier has applied the correct tariff across the board
We then rerun your bill against your current tariff to identify problem areas.
We ensure that your rates are competitive and that they fit your current call profile. Call distribution changes over time, and your tariff may no longer be appropriate. We help you compare the effect of different tariffs on your actual call charges. Our software takes account of factors such as minimum call charges and tariff caps
If your telecoms or purchasing team has negotiated a new corporate tariff and wants to measure the savings effect, we produce an accurate result. Our process can support your competitive tendering exercises, avoiding dependency on estimated savings figures by recosting your actual call charges against the proposed tariff.
In addition we will perform "What if?" simulations and generate analysis reports.
